I created this blog to provide information about technology in a simplified form and to inform the reader about the social and legal implications of this technology. I intend to enlighten the reader so that they may be more informed for the public debate that typically surrounds the issue. I may chose to avoid certain topics that I feel have been already explained in the media and/or blogosphere that I would not add any more value to the discussion.
I started this blog because I felt that the public needed to learn more about some of the new technologies that affecting our society. I also have noticed too many discussions by politicians have been one sided with half-truths being spouted about to support their case. This lack of complete information and the taglines used by politicians are spoiling the well for a forthright and honest public discussion of how to handle these new technologies.
